1. Dar conselhos empregando o verbo modal should adequadamente:
Should=deveria
Shouldn’t= não deveria
Ex.:
We should stay together. (Nós
deveríamos ficar juntos).
You should tell me where you’re going. (Você deveria me dizer aonde você
vai).
You shouldn’t go off on your own. (Você não deveria sair sozinho).
Why should we tell him? (Por que deveríamos contar a ele?).
2. Perguntar e/ou expressar preferência, empregando o gerúndio após
determinados verbos:

I Love going to street fairs. (Eu amo ir à feiras de rua).
I hate being lost. (Eu odeio
ficar perdido).
I don’t enjoy being rude. (Eu não gusto de ser rude).
I can’t stand waiting for people. (Eu não aguento esperar as pessoas).
What do you like doing? (O que você gosta de fazer?).
3. Reconhecer e/ou empregar o passado simples do verbo to be
apropriadamente:
To be in the past: Was/were.

4. Empregar short answers com o passado do verbo to be corretamente:
Did you have fun this morning? – Yes,
we did.
Were you asleep all morning? – No, I
wasn’t.

she was.
5. Identificar e/ou empregar o passado de verbos regulares e irregulares,
nas diferentes formas.
6. Reconhecer e/ou empregar wh-words
em perguntas sobre ações passadas e suas respectivas respostas:
Where were you last week? – I was at
home.
What did you do yesterday? – I went
to the mall.
When did you do to the beach? – I went
to the beach two weeks ago.
Who did you meet in the park? – I met
Jack.
How were
you two days ago? – I was fine, but tired, I practiced lots of sports.
